Hamptons Season Finally Among Us

The Hamptons season is finally here and real estate purchases for Hamptons estates are clearly not dwindling.

Recently, financial pioneer Ron Baron purchased a residential property in East Hampton for a whopping $103 million, the latest record-breaking price to be paid for real estate in the area. And the price doesn’t include the cost of the house he plans to build.

This astounding deal is simply an indication that real estate in the Hamptons is still going strong, bucking the slowing real estate trend elsewhere in the nation.

Take a look at the story in the NY Post: NY Post: $alad Days in High-Flying Hamptons.
