We are seeing an upswing in sales in Bergen County. Acturally most deals are getting multiple bids. Almost like the old days. Many people I trying to take advantage of the lower prices and low rates.
We have a level of pent up demand to deal with. Lets hope it stays for a while.
www.OneBrooklyn.com is a great place for a pretty good price considering the economy!
We are in september now and almost (or already) out of the bubble, good times are rolling
