Lisa Maysonet is the person most responsible for orchestrating the launch party. She brought developer, Josh Guberman, and celebrity stylist, Nick Steele, together to make it possible.

Maysonet leads the brokerage team Group Maysonet and has been a real estate broker, owner and investor for more than 20 years. To date she has sold properties totaling several hundred million dollars in value, in all parts of the New York City metro area.

Maysonet collaborates with developers by providing pre-development consultation, strategic marketing advice and professional on-site sales offices. Developer services include everything from drawing out the unique and inventive building features, to branding and positioning.

She has been providing developer services since the mid-1980s. Her early projects include 222 Riverside Drive and 114 Riverside Drive in Manhattan, and Casagmo Condominiums and Foxwood Condominiums in Fairfield County, CT. Recent high profile projects include: Park South Lofts, Union Square Lofts/Flats, 123 Baxter Street, 101 Wyckoff Lofts, 100 Wyckoff L Lofts, 93-95 Wyckoff Ave., and 431 E. 115th St. in Harlem.

Maysonet is committed to providing results and this has made her a top producer at Prudential Douglas Elliman for each of the 15 years she has been at the firm.
